My name is Jason
and I build websites.

I hold an Associate Degree in Computer Graphics and Multimedia, where I developed an expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, basic HTML, and more. My career began designing yellow page ads, where I quickly mastered Adobe InDesign. Since then, I have progressed through various roles, including Graphic Designer, Web Designer, and Prepress Technician.

Later, I returned to school, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Web Design and Interactive Media. My coursework included Fundamentals of Audio and Video, Color Theory, Design and Typography, Scriptwriting for the Web, User-Centered Design, and Scripting, which refined my existing skills and introduced me to new ones.

Since then, I have worked in several positions at various companies, focused primarily on web-based projects. My roles have included Web Designer, Website Manager, Front End Developer, and Web Developer. I have worked with a wide range of systems and platforms, both proprietary and open source, such as WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager. The always changing internet landscape has kept me constantly learning new technologies, techniques, and processes, which I embrace as part of my professional growth.

In my free time, I immerse myself in reading and writing—I'm actually in the middle of writing a novel! I'm also a huge movie buff, though I couldn't possibly pick a favorite with so many that I really enjoy. Video editing is another passion of mine. I've created several fan-made trailers and edited a couple of short films and scenes. Beyond my love for storytelling, I hold a black belt in American Kenpo and have taught martial arts since the mid-90s.

I'm also an active member of my local church group. My faith inspires me to seek the best in myself and others, enriching both my personal and professional life.
